E-CAMPUS
With due respect and importance to the IT Revolution and being a technological institution, Ignited Minds Society's MITR has taken all the steps to equip its students with all the advantages this revolution has to offer. With its help we have transformed Ignited Minds Society's MITR campus into a truly e-campus, which now ranks amongst the very few educational institutions in our country to have a similar status.
There will be a central computer laboratory comprising four cells with 30 computers in each cell, i.e. total 90 P4 Computers. All the computers will be connected to LAN & internet facility will be provided to all the terminals. In addition, there will be computer centre of each department with 30 computers connected to LAN & internet facility and a few for research purpose, too. Appropriate software will also be available in each center.
Library
A library endowed with the latest books and periodicals forms the backbone of any educational institute. The library at MITR is replete with the latest technical books and journals, reference volumes, required for learning and teaching all disciplines offered.
There will be departmental library as well as central library. It will have print as well as electronic version of journals and books. There will be an audio - visual section comprising of CBT/CAI, DVD, and VCD, CAL Packages from, professional developer, institutional faculty and outside experts. Tie up will be made with institutes of higher learning and specialized libraries for loan facility and library membership.

All regular students are eligible for library membership
Timings-
- 8.30 am - 8 pm (Reading & Reference)
- 10 am - 5.30 pm (Issue / Receipt of Books)
- Open Access to all students to select books
Issue of Books-
- 2 books per student, for one week (extendable)
- 2 books to foreign students for 2 weeks or more
Assistance-Depending upon the need of the students, the library staff provides assistance in locating reference literature for seminars, projects, etc. If necessary access to other libraries is also arranged for such students.
Hostel
100% Hostel facility separately for girls and boys is available at our campus. We believe in quality of lifestyle and are determined to provide the same to our students staying in campus to make their hostel experience unforgettable.
Workshop
It is planned in exclusively as per norms, as workshop facilities for practical as well as project work requiring fabrication will be available. NC, CNC, FMS, Robotics will be the special features of the central workshop. Further expansion of workshop shed is planned when additional intake 60 in Mechanical Engineering course is obtained.
Sports & Recreation
We take every effort to encourage our students to participate in various social, cultural and sports activities. The college has its own cricket, football and volleyball grounds. It also has 1500 sq. ft. modern style well equipped Gymnasium. Table Tennis, Carom and wrestling facilities are also provided. MITR has successfully organized several sports tournaments including Inter-Engineering Athletic Meet, Cricket, Basketball, Volleyball, Table Tennis tournaments, Badminton, Chess tournaments and Inter-Professional College Volley ball, Basketball tournaments, etc.
Canteen
A well-equipped canteen is located in the MITR campus in a spacious surrounding. A complete and planned food is served in a neat clean and hygienic surrounding. Apart from north and south Indian nutritious break-fast, lunch and dinner, the canteen also serves tasty Chinese food, tea, coffee and soft drinks along with snacks are also available. All the items are reasonably priced. Monthly Mess facility is also available for the students as well as staff members.
