Dr. Srivastava is President of International School of Business and Media, Pune. He has done his Ph.D. in Organizational Behaviour from IIT Mumbai. His past tenure includes IIM Ahmedabad; Chairman Placement, XLRI, Jamshedpur; and Director, Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM), Pune.

Dr. Saroja Asthana is Senior Scientist & Assistant Director at National Chemical Laboratory, Pune. Her qualifications are Ph.D., Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kharagpur, Master of Science in MIS, University of Baltimore, Maryland, USA, P.G.D. in Business Management, Marathwada, University, Aurangabad, Bachelor of Engineering, Mechanical, Government Engineering College, and Aurangabad.

Dr. Dilip Kumar Biswas, Identified Principal for proposed `Mulshi Institute of Technology and Research, Pune

Dr. D. K. BISWAS has obtained his Ph. D. from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur in 1971. He has graduated in Mechanical Engineering from Ranchi University. For the past 32 years, he has been working with R&D departments of CSIR, SAIL and TATA Steel in India. He retired while holding the post of Deputy Director at National Metallurgical Laboratory, Jamshedpur in 2004. Since then, he is worked as Consultant in several Engineering Colleges in Orisa and West Bengal. He actively participated in the development of 300 TPD capacity sponge iron plant in India. His other development includes 10 ton continuous drive Friction Welding Machine, Coil spreading and expanding machine for 100 kVA motor and generators. His area of interests includes Machine Design, Hydraulic and Pneumatic control, Pneumatic conveying and injection. He has published extensively in International Refereed Journals. He has guided students for Ph.D. thesis from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur and Ranchi University and several M. E. / M.Tech. Projects.
