Dr. Saroja Asthana is Senior Scientist & Assistant Director at National Chemical Laboratory, Pune. Her qualifications are Ph.D., Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kharagpur, Master of Science in MIS, University of Baltimore, Maryland, USA, P.G.D. in Business Management, Marathwada, University, Aurangabad, Bachelor of Engineering, Mechanical, Government Engineering College, and Aurangabad. She has a rich experience in academics and R&D. Her past tenure includes National Metallurgical Laboratory (NML), Jamshedpur; Xavier Labour Relations Institute (XLRI), Jamshedpur and Government Polytechnic/College of Engineering, Aurangabad. Her research interests are various areas in Mechanical Engineering. She hasp published about 40 research papers in international refereed journals, international conferences, seminars and workshops. She is a recognized Ph.D. Guide in Mechanical Engineering, Energy Studies and Environmental Sciences at University of Pune and guiding several students at M. Tech. and Ph. D. levels, respectively.
